Reception desk working time?

Reception desk working time is 00-24h. Guests are welcome at any time of the day, and also whenever is needed you can call the reception desk and get any necessary information.

Check-in time?

Check-in time is every day until 14:00h. If desired room is cleaned and ready before the mentioned time, you will be able to access it.

Check-out time?

You are free to use the room until 11:00am on the departure day.

Late check-out?

If you want to stay in the room after 11:00am, you are supposed to inform the staff at the reception desk, where you will get all necessary information about the prolonged time and late check-out fee.

Luggage storage?

In case of earlier arrival or late departure, you can leave your luggage with us until your room is ready or until you leave our hotel.

Internet?

High-speed wi-fi connection is available in all parts of the hotel. All rooms contain information on wi-fi password or you can ask for it at the reception desk.

Breakfast time?

Breakfast is served from 07:30 to 10:30 am. If you do not have enough time to have breakfast in the hotel, we can provide you take-away breakfast. All you need to do is to inform us on time and we will prepare it for you.

Room service?

Caffe bar room service is available between 07:30 am and 10:30pm.

Hotel parking?

Parking can be provided for all guests. Parking fee is 2500 RSD a day.Parking (public garage) should be reserved.

Are prices per room or per person?

Prices for all accommodation units are given for a room/night and not per person. The price includes an overnight and a breakfast. The price does not include tourist tax that amounts 155,00 RSD for adults per night. Children up to 7 years do not have to pay tourist tax and children between 7 and 15 years pay only 50% of full amount.

When to pay?

You are allowed to pay at the end of your stay at the hotel. You can pay either with a credit card or in cash in national currency of Republic of Serbia. If your reservation was made in some other foreign currency it will be converted into RSD in accordance with its value on the paying day.

Can non-guests use hotel caffee bar?

In pleasant atmosphere and with a magnificent view to the city centre, everybody can enjoy their drink in our bar every day between 07:30 am and 10:30 pm. You can also treat yourselves with business breakfast , lunch or dinner every day until 22:30h.
